This one-hour presentation simplifies the Chief Complaint and History of Present Illness for ophthalmic technicians. It discusses the eight quantifiers and provides examples specific to the reason for the visit. By the end of this course, you will be able to provide a succinct history that makes sense incorporating four different quantifiers. We also explain how to document more than one complaint. This course does not qualify for continuing education credits.
